please help me ok so i weigh 245lbs and that wayyyy over weight and im excersizing and everythin but still i cannot lose weight no matter what i do i do sit ups and weight lifting and walking but i cant do that much cause i recently broke my foot but i have to be able to hike alot in yosemite and liek i need to lose weight and get in better shape... so please try and help me w/ this and like just tell me some excersizes or anything to help me lose wieght like diets really i open to anything

hey. im not over weight or any thihng, im 5'4 and 107 pounds. i love food and im suprised im not 300 pounds because i eat so much. i run a little over 3.1 miles a day. its something you have to enjoy and it burns calories like nothibg else.try it who knbows you might start to love it.like me.its hard at first. u just have to pace your self. like start out with like 10 minits a day for like a week and then move up when your ready. hope it helps love u all and good luck

well actually allyou need to do is watch what you eat.dont think about goig threw surgery will help. all you need to do is excersise and drink 6-10 cups of water and eat less. you should always be happy about how you look and plus GODmade us this way.

You should try weight watchers. I use to have trouble losing weight too. Every time I’d lose weight I’d just gain it back. I tried so may different things. But what works for me is weight watchers. I’ve lost 11 lbs in 6 weeks. It would have been more but I went off it for a week. Then the week after that I didn’t really stick to it but I still lost 5 lbs that week. It’s really easy to do and fun. You can still eat whatever you want but in moderation. You don’t even have to exercise everyday. You just need to reach 28 points, which I do in 3- 4 days. So try it!! honestly. your attitude changes everything. veggies and fruits are great for anything, (and you can have tons!!!!!) chewing gum if your and emotoinal or boredom eater helps alot, so just get in the habit of carrying gum. i ve lost 11 lbs just from being happy. but then, i have some help from people who always make me feel beautiful. ;) you can do it!!!

sadly enough, exercise alone wont do it. You have got to modify your diet too. Just eat stuff that you know is healthy. I mean, dont go eating a bag of greasy potato chips when you could have an apple. Its hard, but once you get over the habbit of eating unhealthily (i read somewhere it takes like 3 weeks to get over a bad habbit) then eating heathily will just be what you do! And then you should start loosing weight!
