hello everyone well so far i have 5 people in my little diet group thing and well...we still dont have a plan lol...but this is what im doing: eating only 3 good meals of food, drinking a gallon of water and working out for 20 minutes twice a day...well see how this works out...and ima gonna be outa town to LA soon and yeah i dont know how ima gonna work out over there...

A gallon of water EVERYDAY!! That seems like alot!! Well anyway GOOD LUCK!! and yes it is better to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals...

Actually, it;s better to eat like 6-9 small healthy snacks/meals than itis to eat 3 big healthy meals
