I think that being overweight isn't healthy. I am overweight 5'8" 203 lbs. I know the risk factors for being this big, and I'm working on losing weight, and honestly, I lost I think 2 lbs. and I feel so much better, I may look the same, cuz I know my pants size is the same 14, but I FEEL better, and I know that has helped my self confidence out alot. I don't care what I used to think about boys only going for 'skinny' chicks, because it isn't true, and if it is then those guys are WAY too shallow, or that that isn't the guy for you. I know you all hate to hear it, cuhz I hated it too, but be PATIENT, and just wait. Don't let something as your weight determine your mood, and don't assume why things go wrong is because of your weight. DON'T LISTEN TO THE MEDIA about how your supposed to look, although I admit its getting better on self image, but it isnt quite there yet. So I hope you guys just feel good about yourself and if you want to loose weight then by all means loose it, but don't loose it becuz of Cosmetic reasons, or becuz you want everyone to like you. There are so many things you can do besides abusing your body or mind.
