ok well the holiday is over and theres noting left to do but wrok hard intill chrismas and start over agian after my pigout and thanksgiving i have not gained a pound i stayed the same and i dances alot yesterday everyone keep up the good wrok out rember " If you wanna lose u gatta feel the pain" so u wont hear me complain
