HEY guys I am in a bit of a pickel. One of my best friends is dangerously overweight. She is about 5'7" and 260 pounds. I feel really bad for her because everytime I talk about me losing 50 pounds she gets really quiet. I am still a size 10-12 so I am not that small, but even when we talk about shopping she is always like "well they don't sell "big girl" clothes there". Just tell her that you are doing it to get in shape, but not that u want to be smaller, this may make her think that you see her as very very big if u see youerself big. Just give her support. Im about her size, and iv been working on getting smaller. well i was her wight i am now 222. Just work on it slowly if u want to emaile me its dmfirth2003@hotmail.com
Reply from Jacquie, Age 15 - 11/28/04 - IP#: 4.159.156.xxx personaly i think your at a great weight and size i dont relly think you need to lose weiht but thats just me as for her when your together tell he you want to walk to the store or to the park make up resons why you have to walk somewere eat healthy snacks with her inless she asks you dont because im in that problem im a size 15 and i have a freind thats a size 20-24 i want to go on walks and she wants to sit and watch tv her clothers never fit and she dosent relly want to try i do setal things like when she offers me pop i ask for water even if the pop is deit i eat one sevring of chips (even thought its bad) but pop corn is less in cals i try to get her to walk to the libary wiht me. she dosent do it on her own and her mother trys to get her to go but it dosnt help. so i do. good luck
