OMG got a party in three weeks. need to lose as much weight as possible by then, hopefully a stone. does anyone know any good diets which dont rely on you to survive on next to nothing. thank you  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

actually you both are idiots, you can lose up to 2 pounds a week if you eat right and excersize.. three weeks is a lonngg time you CAN lose AT LEAST 5 pounds in 3 weeks and probably even more so, to the girl who is posting: dont listen to the two morons with the same name... you can drop a few pounds and look/feel better in 3 weeks cause its PLENTY of time to make a difference so go do it and good luck

Actually Rachel does know what she's talking about. I've never heard of anyone losing 5 pounds and dropping a whole pant size unless they lost alot of inches by building muscle. Which you can't do too much of in 3 weeks. *Ray*Ray*

ugh, rachel your a loser ... yes the max you can lose is 6 pounds but it will make a difference i lost 5 pounds one time and dropped a pant size and everyone noticed... working out for 3 weeks will make a difference so shut up rachel you dont know what your talking about

Sorry, the MAX you can lose is 6 pounds, and that will be tough. You will most likely lose between 3-6 pounds, maybe a tad more if you are very overweight. And it's not going to make a difference, you should have planned ahead. Losing weight\being healthy is a life long goal, not something you switch on and off for an event.
