Hey everyone! I am 5'9" and am somewhere between 170 and 180lbs, i dont know for sure because i dont have access to a scale or anything. But i do know i need to loose wiehgt becuase of the way i feel and look. I used to be something like 160, but i wasnt happy there. but then i forgot about my whole wieght problem for a while and when i checked in again, i had gained a whole lot more! So the plan is to loose like 30 or 40lb by next June. I am out of the country right now, and i want to come home (in june) feeling good about myself! I am watching what i eat, sort of. I make smal changes, like no second helpings and i drink this yummy lemon flavored mineral water stuff instead of soda. And then starting today i am doing Pilates everyday, and also this book my mom sent me for getting in shape for the Canadian Air Force. Dont ask why she had that, cuz i dont know, but i do think it will help! YAY. writing this has gotten me all pepped up!

I am planning to do a daily workout until i like what i see in the mirror, and then i will start up with the pilates to tone, tone, tone!

Reply from Ashley, Age 15 - 11/30/04 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx Hey, I know just what your going threw and its so tuff I wanna lose about 50lbs., my goal was to lose like 40lbs. and I whent on the Atkins diet and ended up feeling great and losing about 13lbs in a month. Some how losing wieght has become something I think of everyday and wish that I could do. Its become so much harder now I really want and need to do this! Maybe we can help eachother out! I tryed that polaites thing to it is so much fun once you really get into it(just stick w/it, if you have the will you can over come anything!) GOOD LUCK! If you have any advice for me dont hesitate to give me any assistance! THANKS
