| wow, amazing, im the exact same, cept that we are different ages. I am doing Pilates, and I know from past experience that it really works to tone and stuff. As for a diet, DONT fall victim to the fad diets. They really do work, and fast, like i lost 10lbs in 1 week once (which is really unhealthy by the way) but i gained it all back plus more. So do little things, like stop drinking soda. That was a hard one for me, cuz i love soda, so instead i found i flavored seltzer that i like! Alway eat breakfast, it gets your metabolism started in the morning, dont eat after 8pm, dont have second helpings at dinner, etc. Little stuff that can really help! I havent lost any weight yet, but i know that i am being healthier so its bound to pay off! Good luck! | |
