Hey guys i as you know i am 5'10 and i weight about 165-170 i checked that i am at the chance of begin over weight now i want to exercise and eat right so if any one haas some exercise routines that they could share and some foods that would help me lose weight thanks.

sounds like all you need/want to do is tone up, right? So the best exersize that i know of (for toning- note, you wont get the same effect from weight lifting) is Pilates. Its really good, and if you do all of the exersizes correctly then they REALLY work, and fast too. Best news is that you can look up the right moves online! no worrying about buying a book or anything, just "google" it! and good luck!
