hay whats up im alexis and im at school and im 14, 5'5,and i weigh 170 ya iknow thats a lot well im not like to big for guys to like me but i do get mad fun of at school. my freinds sitting next to me is always saying no dont do that or you ant fit just becouse shes all 115 and shes all bla uhuhuhuhuhuhugh.... so i meani have gotin to the pointwere i've throwen up every time i eat and then i go running and then after that i dont eat for like one too two days but then it just never works . so if theirs any way there isd to help me please tell me how PLEASE!

Well your doing the right idea with running. Now what do you eat? Dont eat till your full. Just eat till your not hungry anymore. Thats very important. You coudl exersize for 5 hours and then eat till your stuffed and the exersizing did nothing.
