i am about 5'6 and about 250 How Can I lose This Weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there has to be a way i know there is i mean ppl look at me like a freak and nota single GF because i'm so dang FaTI've tried just not eating for 3 days lol once i made it 3 days i lost like 2lbs and got them back the next day grrrrrr someone plzzz help me

Reply from am., Age 16 - 12/04/04 - IP#: 213.189.93.xxx if u really cant resist not eating junkfood u should eat it once a week. i mean u can have a day in the week where u can have anything u want so that way u can ensure that ull diet for a long time since u wont crave for your favotirte things..swimming is a good exercise but i like walking better and when i walked everyday for 30 minutes i lost 1 kg a week..
