OH DEAR 15 days until a big event..my moms wedding. need to lose 18lbs by then. will do so by a fruit and veg diet. You can eat unlimited amounts of fruit the first day, unlimited amounts of veg the second day then on the third day you get unlimited amounts of fruit and veg and just keep rotating this diet. My friend did it for three weeks and lost 24lbs.

hope you do well with the diet. i think you should add a bit of exercise, it may help. start a sport which may tone up the lean,long muscles like gynastics or something like that.you'll see the difference even if you don't lose much weight. pilates and yoga build up the long, lean muscles too, so maybe you could give that a try.
