gosh i did really good up until dinner! But im not sure if its that bad, breakfast-special k bar (90 cals") lunch-yogurt-100, 100 cal pack-100. Snack-special k bar -90. then i had basketball for 45 mins. I also jumproped for 30 min. and i lifted weights for about 30 min. but for dinner i had these fryed chicken strip things (only 2) small amount of fetucini pasta, and corn. is this that bad/?? tomorow i plan to have cream of wheat and a banana for breakfast, peanutbutter crackers, raisins, and grapes for lunch, special k bar for a snack, and i ahve a basketball game. the we are having pizza for dinner on the way back from the game. That's all ther will be..but do you think its okay? since im burning it off and eating healthy the rest of thd ay?

Just make sure your getting enough food because the food you eat, your body burns it for energy. Since you have alot of exarcise, you need energy. Your food sounds good. Try eating an apple for a snack or something like that.

Reply from Kelly, Age 14 - 12/06/04 - IP#: 24.7.116.xxx hey candace... you're doing fine. if anything, you're eating very little and i'd recommend that you make sure ur body is getting enough food. you're exercising, which is important, so props to you on that. don't worry about eating unhealthy if it's hard to avoid, just try not to eat too late in the day... a huge breakfast is better than a huge dinner... and also make sure ur getting enough fruits and veggies. good luck!
