Well, just try to ignore them, I know its hard. Or you could talk to them about it. Don't think your fat. Thats self destruction. I know all about it, I used to cut, until I got help and serious counseling. Never destruct yourself because if your friends act like that, you shouldnt be friends with them, and whenever you lose friends, its hard on yourself, so you do some crazy stuff sometimes.
