Okay, I'm sick with mono, I will be for about another week probobly. I need some help with some easy workout things I can do that dont take too much energy. I also need a diet plan. Or is it okay if since I only eat a medium size dinner and about one junk food snack during the day? Well I've lost 2 pounds since yesturday. But is this healthy? What should I add or take out?

Reply from kathryn, Age 17 - 12/07/04 - IP#: 80.131.79.xxx i think one junk food thing a day is okay-as long as it is less then before--but as for two lbs a day- that is unhealthy if it keeps up. Its okay- i think cuz its just water weight-whatever that is, but it should even out to like 1-2lbs a week. So be careful!
