Hi.. I'm not sure about why im so overweight.. im 14, 5'4 and abotu 170lbs.. i dont eat breakfast or lunch, only because theres no time.. and then i come home and eat something unhealthy like a bowl of coca puffs or something.. eat a healthy dinner.. n then maybe another unhealthy snack.. and i run a 1/2 mile a day.. i know i dont eat healty twice a day.. but still i dont eat much.. why am i so overweight AND HOW CAN I LOOSE IT AND STOP MY BAD HABITS!?.. thanks

And you must space out your calories. Studies have shown, people who eat breakfast weigh less. NEVER skip a meal, it is really bad when trying to lose weight.
Reply from Kelly, Age 14 - 12/07/04 - IP#: 24.7.116.xxx Hey danielle, first off, you MUST eat breakfast. if you don't have time then grab a banana or a breakfast bar, but you have got to give your body something to function on. i think the reason that the weight is stubborn may be because you're eating all your calories in the evening... it's always better to have a huge breakfast than a huge dinner. so i suggest putting some effort into controlling urself after school and at dinner, and don't skip breakfast, it's just not good for you. good luck!
