I am 5'4 and about 140 lbs. now mostly in my stomach and my thighs. What can I do to work my abs? I like doing crunches but what else will work? Thanks guys!

Its really informative AND gives you good exercises to traget all of your abdomin to get a nice tummy! just google Pilates and stomach and you should get something!
