im 5'4 and weight 175 pounds does anyone know any good ways to lose weight. i eat 1 big meal a day.

Starving yourself isn't gonna help you lose the weight. I tried doing that. But for supper I'd eat a small bowl of cereal and bike 20 miles a day and it didn't help. I'd either gain or stay the same. So try dividing your meals. And watch how much fat you take in. Don't forget to exercise.... that's really important.

Hey Hey, you may eat one meal a day but thats really not a great way to lose weight!! honestly it isnt!! istead of eating one big meal a day eat like 4 little meals a day that way you dont go hungry but yet your body feels like it has food, but it has to be in smaller portions than meal, think of it as eating healthy snack
