hey everyone...im like really over weight im 5 foot 6 inches...and im about 209 pounds...im the only really fat girl outta all my friends and like im really getting sick of it....i might consider starving myself or something its kindda driving me crazy....ive been fat my entire life...and its just annoying now ! i tried everything: pills, drinking a gallon of water a day, woke out videos, atkins diet, etc...i cant stick to anything i just pig out when i get home!!
Reply from anne, Age 17 - 12/09/04 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx okay- i'm getting really angry- because that last post i didn't do either- i don't spell like that online and my sister shouldn't be using my name on this site! argh! but yeah- eat a lot of veggies and fruits- it will not only cut down on your simple carbs and calories- but also your sodium. less sodium means less water retention which ultimately means looking a whole lot thinner...

Reply from Jenny, Age 14 - 12/08/04 - IP#: 12.214.169.xxx hey you shouldn't starve yourself cause i found out that when you stop eating your body does start to loose weight, but unfortunately when you finally do eat a little something your body stores that cause it thinks your not gonna eat again for a while. So therefor everything you eat after that stays on you.

I would only eat one meal a day and it would be a lil bowl of cereal for supper and I'd bike 20 miles a day.That didn't even help me out a bit. I'd either gain or stay the same. You just gotta believe in yourself. You gotta keep saying to yourself that you can do it. You can eat healthy, exercise, and lose the weight. But please don't starve yourself. It's not worth it!!
