hey.... well the day b4 yesterday i did 1 mile on the gazelle and none yesterday and almost 2 miles today im going to finsh the mile in a little while! my goal weight is 100 lbs i am 5ft 160 im going to do a mile on the gazelle everyday and go for a walk/jog every night. i hope i can do this oh yea last time saying this lol im going to go back on the fruit and veggie diet this time im going to be very very strict any tips? well goodluck everybody! :)

sounds good but make sure you're eating nuts and other sources of protien- you can't just have two food groups!!!but if you eat everything naturally(sort of like the warrior diet) than you'll definately lose weight. co ngrats on the exersize!
