I just started a weight loss program for myself about 2 days ago and have already lost a pound! Actually, it's not really a program, but whenever I want something to eat even though I know I don't need it right then, I drink a glass or two of water and it usually makes me feel so full that I don't want to eat whatever it was. Oh yeah, and I'm gonna start exercising every other day too. I want to lose about 10 pounds by Christmas...wish me luck! :)

thats a good idea with the water, but be careful- dont eat less then 1200 cal a day, its what your body really needs to survive. Less then that and you go into " startvation mode" and dont loose anything at all!!
