how'd i do?-Breakfastfat free yogurt1/2 cup kashi go crunch cereal ( topping )1 fat free hot chocolateLunch- Boca patty with ketchup and fat free ranchDinner Salad ( fat free ranch and croutons)1 fat free hot chocolateDinner-Subway salad with: spinach leaves, grilled chicken, fat free ranch, croutons, carrots, pickles, cucumbers and parmasan cheese on it.1 fat free hot chocolate ( yes im addicted)Dessert- 1 1/2 cups fat free caramel praline frozen yogurt5 pcs. sugarfree gum too during the dayThink i'll lose weight like this or no?Thanks!!

hey i can help doesn't know what they're talking abvout- i've found most of thier posts to be completely the opposite. your calorie limit for that day sould be pretty good...

u shud do ok...but maybe add a lil more fruit replace one of thoe hot chocs with a handfull of sunflower seeds and some berrys tht will keep u going and well ...just add a lil more fruit but u shud do good .make sure the salad dressing has vry little fat and vry lil calories b/c thats wat kills the nutrition on a salad ..try salsa instead...it takes a lil time to get used to but ...worth it if ur lookin to watch out on cals.

haha no u deffinitly wont loose weight like that. doesent matter what is low fat...u dont need all that for bfast and for lunch, either. and the salad is really fattening cuz of the salad dressing
