i was wondering if this is too many calories and if i did good today, well for Breakfast i had fat free strawberry yougart with a bananna, then for snack i had a little piece of my sisters pimpkin muffin, for lunch i had a salad with fat free ranch and fat free cottage cheese for snack i had like 5 peanut mm's. and for dinner i had a turkey roast,backed potatoe, and canned corn. please respond oh and i did some ab work outs on my 6-second abs

yerah! you did super good! but..do you usually do any cardio? that's not only gonna help you lose faster, but keep you healthy!
