Which is the BEST method to losing 25-30 pounds??
Reply from lauren, Age 17 - 12/13/04 - IP#: 195.8.175.xxx the best way is to probably eat 1500 cals per day and do an hours exercise three times a week. U should lose roughly 2-3lbs per week (maybe more) Also, drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit. Hope ive helped hun
