Ive found the best way to help boost your weight loss. Dont try any diet pills etc because they do not work and are bad for your health. Just try drinking 2-3 glasses of water before each meal. Chances are you will be that full you wont feel like eating as much. You'll have to make regualar trips to the toilet im afraid though but you've always got to pay a price. Give it a go though becuase it really works. ;D
