thanks ann. can you tell me what foods i could eat more of that would have more protein in it but not high in cals?

tuna and lean meats,. i know some nuts are pretty high cal but it's worth it with all of the benefits. soy is great- same with slimfast, especially the low carb because that has 20grams of protien and about half of the calcium you need. good luck!
