how many calories should I eat a day to lose 30 pounds ?? and how long do you think it would take me to lose 30 pounds ??? any info will help me out. thanks :-)
Reply from newgirl, Age 14 - 12/18/04 - IP#: 68.104.241.xxx i would say 1200-1400, but more depending on your body type. it should take you at least 3 months to lose the wieght. try following this plan, while eating 1200-1400 cals a day:Breakfast- 1-2 oz protein 2-3 grains 1-2 others (sugar, fats..ect) 1 fruit 1 juice or milk Lunch- 2-3 oz protein 2-3 grains 1-2 others 1 fruit or dessert 1-2 vegs Dinner- 2-3 oz protein 2-3 grains 1-2 others 1 fruit or dessert 1-2 vegs
