yeah okay i dont know if this was bad or what but... today i hada fat free yogurt w/ kashi cereal on top ( 1/2 cup), pack of dentyne, and then went to space alients, had a 10" personal pizza but on it ther ewas only sauce, grilled chicken, parmasan, and fat free cheese!? And then before bed i had green beans and carrots... how many cals do you think that pizza was? it was kinda large but i didn't have much other than that and it was low fat then... but i still dunno!!
Reply from newgirl, Age 14 - 12/18/04 - IP#: 68.104.241.xxx one thing to do when ordering pizza is to ask for double the sauce( tomatoes are healthy, and filling), but half the cheese. load your pizza with veggies, and blott out as much oil as you can. try eating a salad before eating the pizza, and drink water before to fill you up.
