i did HORRIBLE yesterday...all i did was 20 min on the tredmil...but for breakfast i had a bowl of honey bunches of oats and 2 small cookies...lunch i had chicken strips (2) and fries....then i came home and i had a chicken quesidilla from taco bell and 2 more cookies...hopefully ill do better today but i know i wont have barely any time to work out..

candice, you need to eat food with some nutritional value!! fruits and veggies can be good so make sure they're included. don't let a bad day to spoil everything for you! good luck!

That is not too bad. A little cheating won't hurt that much
