I have a weird thing--- my weight changes through out the day. I mean if i weight myself in the morning i am 76kg (167lbs) and if i do it at night then im 77kgs (like 170lbs). Whats up with that? and how can i ever tell if i am actually loosing weight or not. Its so annoying!! oh and one other thing, does anyone know of a site where you can make a virtual model of yourself BESIDES mvm.com, its just a tad unrealistic... thanks!

You should weigh your self at the same time every day to know whether or not your losing weight! My mother told me you always weigh less in the morning and more during the day.

um, your most acurate weight is first thing in the morning, before you drink anything, but after you pee, while fully stripped.

don't weigh yourself more then once a day! everyone's body weight changes throughout the day and the week. we eat and drink water and we bloat a bit(normally) throughout the day. only weigh yourself once a week- or- weigh yourself everyday than average it out for your week's weight...

uh doy, after you eat during the day the food is making you heavier, just weigh yourself only in the moring before you eat to see results maybe once a week.

how much you weigh in the morning is your real weight. i weigh different in the mornings than i do in the afternoon. i weighed myself one afternoon and i weighed 153 and the next morning i was 148.

think about it, when you weight yourself at night- everything that you have eaten that day is still in ur stomach- u just havn't digested it yet. wait untill the morning to weight urself.

Well, it's because when you wake up in the morning, you probably haven't eaten anything for about eight hours so that explains it. That's how I am too. Don't worry about it. It's just becaus you're actually eating during the day!
