heres the plan that worked for me:Breakfast-.1-2 oz protein.2-3 grains.1 other (sugar, fats..ect).1 fruit.1 juice or milk.Lunch-.2-3 oz protein.2-3 grains.1 other.1 fruit .1-2 vegs.Dinner- .3-4 oz prot.ein2-3 grains.1-2 others.1 fruit or dessert.1-2 vegs..............................................follow that serving guide while eating like 1200-1400 caloires a day.good luck!
