hi im 5'6 and i weigh about 154 lbs all my friends are like 3 inches shorter than me but they are 15 and they weigh like 115lbs i dont know what to do ive been trying to lose weight since summer and i just casnt stop pigging out cuz thats all my friends do and i do it with them they never get any fatter but i do help!
