hi, i was wondering if you guys can gove me some advice i am 190 and i am 5"6-7ish and i was wondering if i would lose weight by going to the gym and running for 20 minutes weights just for tone, cardio and some swimming will i be able to lose weight?? this is with a healthy diet of course and if any1 wants to help me with my weight loss reply or just reply for some advice ASAP IF POSSIBLE THANKX

that sounds excellent. If you stick with your diet and exercise about 3 or 4 times a week you will for sure lose the weight! Good Job!!!!! *jenna*

of course, that sounds great! but make sure you do it regularly like everyother day at least!
