i dono if i did very good today...breakfast-apple, lunch-split a chinese plate with my sister (orangechicken,bbqchicken,rice) snack-5 pecans, dinner-honey bourbon chicken sub then i had a hershey smore. i had an hour of bball.

thats a healthy day but you might want to add some carbs to your breakfast like a piece of bread or two crackers or something. dont feel bad about eating fattening things if you take them completley out you will just end up going on a binge just watch your portions ..good luck and KEEP IT UP
