Help I am making my new year's resolution is to lose weight! I am 5 ft and 6 inches and I weight 175lbs. I am in 8th grade and all my best friends are in better shape than I have like a zillion fat rolls.gross as it is I am what I am. I need help! Hi gurl you said you have fat rolls well if your good at sit ups I suggest that you start doing 10-15 sit-ups every night and as you get better at them do 25-30 every night.They really flaten your stomach! I lost 44 pounds in 3 weeks by doing 30 sit-ups every night and I still do them.

Sorry, make that LOW FAT milk. Whole milk isn't so good! (Plus it increases your risk for Ovarian Cancer :P. My mom has that. :( )

One of my best suggestions, though, is to give up all drinks but milk, OJ, and DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!!!
