i'm 13 and i'm overweight when I was younger kids would joke around and call me chubby.now that i have gotin older no one has called be fat,chubby overweight or any thing lots of boys even want to go out with me in school I weight 194 but you could never tell because musels weight more than fat.i do 30-35 sit-up's every night which has made my tummy very flater,but i still have a tummy!! i tried to keep track of what I eat but i slowly gained the 5lb's back.is there anyone who can help me keep track of what I eat?

Then see if you followed your goal!)

Just record every single thing you eat, chew, or drink for an entire week (its hard i know!) and then look at it at the end. You will be pretty embarrased at what you see!! I know i was. I thought back and said, hmm, did i REALLY need to eat that?? Adn then next time you are about to eat it you will remember, and hopefully not eat it!!! good luck!!
