Plz ppl help me w/ my other ads also......I really need to get a comfortable weight i mean, all my friends are in like size 1,3,5 pants and when im in size 9 when im around them no one notices me, everytime i like a guy, he ALWAYS tells me he likes my 2 best friends....i do get some b/f but barley....im always what ppl go to after they go out with my best budz. I have many friends....and i have okay confident but when ppl tell me im not fat i dont want them to lie to me, i know ppl talk about me behind my back and call me fat....it makes me so sad i wanna die! I wanna be able to do all that stuff like goof around with boys and be able to like be picked up by another person. I dont wanna be heavy, im un-comfortable this way....i wear mostly heavy sweaters, i cant wear short sleeve shirts. All I ask is to be happy, who doesnt want that? I wanna acually be able to like some 1 im attracted to mentaly and physicaly and have them like me to, its never happened to me before and it kills me in side because i always get "sloppy 2nd's". PLZ RESPOND, i need any help possable.

You talk about your weight as if its something you cant change, and that if enough people tell you you deserve to be thin (and you do!!!!) then you will be. But sister, it aint like that, Im sorry--- you gotta change it around. Stop being a person standing on the sidelines and get yourself out there!!! Get on a good, smart, healthy diet, and do lots of lots of exercise!!! But start small! Cuz if you dump all this stuff on yourself at once then it will be REALLY hard to keep it up! Do little stuff, like getting rid of some of the junk food you eat, and dont eat a big dinner. Little stuff. Try to drink seltzer instead of soda, or just one can a day. And to get good exercises, ask around here or just google it!! Type in something like "beginner exercises" or something, and play around to you get a bunch that fit you!! And most importnantly remember that YOU CAN DO IT!!!! You can get to your target weight (which is what?) as long as you try hard enough!!!
