i am so mad at myself! i just ate 3 christmas cookies and it wasnt worth it at all! lol i am in such a sad mood right now cuz im 5'6 and back to 154 pounds! i wanna be atleast 125 by like june does anyone know how many pounds that is per week that i have to lose?
Reply from kathryn, Age 17 - 12/24/04 - IP#: 80.131.68.xxx sily kid, just do the math!!! Its 30lb that you want to loose, and 5 months, which is 20 weeks. So 30lbs in 20 weeks means you gotta loose between 1 and 2 lbs a week, which is totally possible, IF you work hard. good luck!
