Hey nick,whats up?????that was sum pretty good advice you gave every1,EAT ICEBURG SALAD. But those other posts were pretty insultin.Like wot you said to Kathryn.That she has no luck now cos shes 17. I think you should watch your mouth.jus cos you're not fat, it don't mean you can come to this site and slag and insult everyone.Man this site is for giving these people encouragement and hope for losin weight.im not sayin you cant come to this site. im jus sayin you should watch wot you write.Anyway age dont matter!!!whether you're 5 or 17, it dont matter,ANYONE CAN LOSE WEIGHT IF THEY PUT THEIR MINDS TO IT.
