HI, NOBODY REPLIED TO MY LAST POST!!! CAN ANYONE SUGGEST A HEALTHY,EFFECTIVE EATIN PLAN?!?!? I REALLY NEED SOME ADVICE.SEE I DO PLENTY EXERCISE,IM JUS NOT GOOD WITH DIETS. I ALWAYS EAT THREE MEALS A DAY, BUT SOMETIMES , LIKE WHEN I CUM HOME FROM SCHOOL IM STARVING LIKE HELL.I DONT KNOW WHY, I JUST AM. SO I JUST EAT WHATEVER I CAN FIND IN THE CUPBOARD(USUALLY JUNK FOOD).ITS NOT CRAVINGS FOR FOOD OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, ITS COS MY BODY NEEDS FOOD.WHEN IM HUNGRY I START SHAKIN, AND I CANT STOP UNLESS I EAT.MY WEIGHT NEVER CHANGES,IT ALWAYS STAYS THE SAME,EVEN IF I EAT TONNES OF JUNK FOOD. WELL ANYWAY I REALLY WANT TO LOSE LIKE 20-35POUND.CAN ANYONE SUGGEST A DIET PLAN FOR ME.
