Hey guys!! I keep on hearing all these things on "ice berg sarald bars"?? What are they and do they help with weight loss? Speaking if which...does anyone know any snacks or foods that are good to eat on a diet? Thankyou so much!
Reply from blah blah blah, Age 12 - 12/28/04 - IP#: 70.240.96.xxx keep a spiral and write down what you ate and how many calories and at the end of the day add it up and if its at your goal then you already have a start. Try this and hopefully it works for you like its working for me!

I guess that guy is telling everybody to eat it because it's low calorie, but then again isn't all veggies?
