Hey guys...Ever get on a scale one morning and weigh one thing...then before you go to bed, its like you weigh 5 pounds more? That happend to me a few times...but the trick is to only weigh yourself once or twice a week!

Reply from Marina, Age 17 - 12/28/04 - IP#: 24.215.12.xxx Yeah, you always weigh less in the morning than at night. After eating and drinking throughout the day you'll weigh more at night. Thats just how it is. Only weigh yourself first thing in the morning. That's your true weight.
