no matter what you weigh just be yourself.I weighed 140 and lost 7 bounds from just doing everyday stuff playing basket ball walking and doing crunches.Even if you are unhappy with your weight just remember its your personality that people look for not your weight.so dont thin you have to lose weight to make people like you. do it for yourself and good luck.I know i need it lol.
