Reply from anne, Age 17 - 12/29/04 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx everything is for life- what's the hurry? however you change your lifestyle you need to keep it for life or of course the weight will come right back on. exersize a lot and eat lots of fruits and veggies and less salt and more lean protien. build muscle with weight lifting and burn off fat with cardio. that's the healthy and permantent way to do it anyways...

Reply from kristi, Age 15 - 12/29/04 - IP#: 4.33.229.xxx dont do it...i did it and it took off weight but once u get off of it u gain it all back and just feel mad with urself even though its not ur falt...its really bad for ur heath and smoe people go to the hospital because of it so i would suggest doing a different diet...
