i hate it how i'll start off a day thinking that i'll go for a work out and eat really healthy foods, and then i just end up laying around the house eating random things because i don't feel like doing anything. i know that i can't keep expecting to lose weight if i just do nothing all day. does anyone else do this too? it just pisses me off haha
