Ok I am going 2 post as Kelly J since there is more then 1 kelly :P i post like a few days ago and I don't know what 2 do does any 1 know of any good diets that can help me get thin fast?

hi i am on this diet call slim in six if you want more info on it you can go to beachbody.com it's where you loose weight in six weeks i like it and they even have this six day express plan where you loose weight in six days not much just 10pounds
