Will Drinking TONZ of water...SAY A glass every hour from the time period I get up, keep me from getting cravings, and or being hungry? Oh By the way...I am 5'6 and 160 :( my weight go's crazy Im always either 155lbs or 160....i go like back and fourth every day. okay PLZ help It doesn't take much to give some helpful tips! you can actually get really sick if you drink alot of water in a day and you might want to add a powerade in there with all that water because it will give you electrolytes which keep you going and although water is good for you it can end up washing out all the good things in your body like vitamins and proteins and stuff like that GOOD LUCK

if you can keep that up, i think its fine. I dont really know if you can drink too much water- i dunno what it gets to be unhealthy. BUT, i do know that drinking water will make you feel full and although you will still "crave" you will feel full so you wont eat, hopefully. Just be careful, make sure you actually do eat enough, dont go below 1200cl a day!! But make sure from someone who actually knows if that much water is safe!! good luck!
