Ok guys, heres the story. I am overweight and I do plan on changing that soon in a slow, healthy way and keeping it off but right now, I have a really important 'event' that I want to look even the slightest bit better for so I have to loose as much weight as possible in the next 3-4 days (without starving myself or throwing up). Just one thing to keep in mind, I don't have control over dinner because my mom makes me eat whetever she cooks. So, besides that, if anyone has tips on what I should do, please post them! Thank you guys sooo much and good luck with your weight loss as well!

hey! Just have really small portions. if ur mother is asking why its so small....try to cover it up with a salad. also, drink 3 cups of water before u eat.

if ur lucky u will lose 2 pounds in that amout of days i lost 1 pound in 2 days but i had basketball practice and on top of the ran 5 miles so u better start working...
