Just Curious. How many of you count calories, and what do you guys aim for. I try for 1400-1500, is that good do you think to lose weight?

From mcdonalds burgers, to....sun flower seeds! To loose weight, I eat about 1300 a day. Im on a quick diet, just to loose 10 lbs by Feb 1st. So if your taking your time, then 1400-1500 is great! by the way..you can buy the book at any book store. Just go to the diet section and there only like 4 dollars.
