well as everyone knows it was christmas break and i gained weight badely. it sucks really bad, but i know that i have to get right back on track so monday i am going to get right back into eating way less calories then i was over break and exercise like i was. my resolution is to lose 20 lbs before june. can i reach that? any more suggestions? please write back thanks

don't eat way less calories! keep your metabolism up by gaining muscle and eating around 1500 calories and doing a lot of cardio! you don't want to gain it all back do you? and yes you can definately lose 20lbs by then if you work at it! good luck!
